Offset spade tip bone preservation elevator has a thin sharp tip measuring 4mm. Use of this elevator will help to achieve an atraumatic extraction by minimizing bone loss by creating space between the bone and the root enabling a forceps to slide below the gumline with less incision or flap. Made in Germany from 100% German stainless steel.
