The C-XSpace implant system enables excellent results in both post-extractive alveoli and native bone, where the unique macromorphology provides important primary stability, allowing immediate loading to be implemented even in poor quality D4-D5 bone.

- Use shoulder preparator in the presence of particularly compact bone, alternatively overprepare according to clinical conditions.
Design features
- The innovative design combines macro and micro surface roughness technology to accelerate osteogenetic processes and dramatically reduce healing time.
- The neck of the implant has two microgrooves along the circumference that promote clot maintenance, for the formation of the biological seal.
- The most coronal portion of the implant neck can be machined (smooth surface) for 0.8 mm or totally roughened (sandblasted).
- Nobel Active NP / RP compatible prosthetic platform.
Clinical advantage
- Wide coronal loops produce mechanical support and contact stimulation of the vestibular cortical in the treatment of the post-extraction socket.
- The presence of macro- and micro-chambers of healing, produced by the geometric conformation and distribution of the loops of the implant, produces large areas of decompression, as well as realizing the segmentation of the residual volumes of the socket, so as to reduce the relative distances between the walls and the surface of the implant, consequently facilitating the process of new bone formation.
- The large, sharp, penetrating apical coils guide the implant during insertion and produce a stable anchorage in the deepest part of the socket. Due to their ability to transfer bone trabeculae during insertion, they facilitate screwing and cause bone displacement in the interproximal chambers, according to the advanced principle of dynamic bone regeneration (DBR).
