Resin-based Ceramic material disc/block
The naturally transitioning gradient colors, along with the sintering-free fabrication process for restorations, allow Elastic Porcelain to achieve a natural tooth-like appearance through simple grinding and polishing after CAD/CAM milling, thus meeting patients' needs for personalized and rapid dental restoration
Elasto-Ceramic. A New Choice in Dental Aesthetics
Quick restoration, for better comfort and durability.
It is composed of a combination of highly cross-linked resin and modified inorganic fillers, resulting in a new material with a dense structure and excellent performance. Elastic Porcelain boasts high strength, high toughness and a high elastic modulus matching those of natural teeth, which enables it to effectively withstand occlusal pressure. Its low water and chemical solubility ensures the material retains a long-lasting polishing finish and excellent stain resistance.
Highlights
Natural aesthetic effect
The product balances both hardness and translucency, making it more suitable for natural tooth restoration. Biomimetic aesthetic effects, resembling natural teeth. The highly cross-linked, dense structure effectively blocks pigment molecules in food from entering the material. This ensures the restoration remains resistant to discoloration in the patient's mouth, maintaining a long-lasting aesthetic effect. Excellent stain resistance and enhanced durability.
Comfortable
More comfortable to use, with less tooth grinding. During use, it is durable without damaging opposing teeth, and its density is similar to natural teeth, providing greater comfort. Both the hardness of ceramic and the elastic modulus of resin materials.
0.2mm, Minimally invasive and safe
Using Elasto-Ceramic for veneer treatment allows for a minimum material thickness of 0.2 mm. This reduces tooth preparation by 20%, maximizing the preservation of natural teeth and ensuring greater safety.
Rapid delivery and fast treatment
Following CAD/CAM milling, it can be used after only 5 minutes of polishing. It is compatible with chairside digital workflows, significantly reducing the operation time and difficulty for clinicians, decreasing patient wait times, and improving patient satisfaction.
Indications
Posterior crown (Non-load-bearing), Veneer, Onlay, Inlay, Anterior crown
