DWS 3D Printer Controller

The integrated control system in all DWS 3D printers receives 3D files prepared by NAUTA+ and processes them to precisely manage the 3D printing process.

Like NAUTA+, FICTOR is developed internally by DWS to ensure optimal control of the printing process.

During printing, it monitors over 150 parameters, specific to each material and fully customizable, to guarantee perfect interaction between the laser, printer, and available materials.

Ease of Use and Customization

All parameters are pre-set for each DWS material, ensuring unparalleled ease of use. However, for those who wish to customize their prints, several parameters are adjustable.

Integrated Slicer for a Superior User Experience

FICTOR includes an advanced slicer that converts 3D files into laser paths, which can also be modified before starting the print.

This offers a significant advantage in terms of user experience, allowing the use of files from NAUTA+ or STL files from other software.

Additionally, the slicer operates during printing, hiding calculation times and improving overall efficiency.
