GTB SINUS LIFT
Advan srl · Quelle
The exclusive dental implant designed for managing atrophic jaws, offering unparalleled oral health and aesthetics.
Minimal invasiveness, maximum safety
The go-to solution for implant specialists performing sinus elevation techniques
- Maxillary sinus lift with dual technique
- High primary stability even in soft bone
- Conical connection of the GTB implant system
- Absence of bacterial infiltrate – Maintenance of peri-implant mucosal barrier
- Reduction of operative time
GTB SINUS LIFT is integrated with the modular GTB system.
Designed to be used with the same surgical instruments and prosthetic components as the GTB implant system.
The conical shape of the implant body, together with the design of the loop, is designed to allow gradual condensation of the bone in a radial direction, ensuring good primary stability at the coronal level, at the maximum implant seal, even in soft bone with poor bone quality.
Main features of the system
1. Conical Connection
- Excellent mechanical strength allowing subcrestal implant placement
- Improved hard and soft tissue management
- Absence of bacterial infiltrate
2. Patented Bioplatform
Geometrically complex horizontal and vertical Platform Shifting creates optimal conditions for implant-abutment coupling and hard tissue stability.
- Prosthetic Mis-Matching at the implant connection level
- Increased available volume for peri-implant soft tissues
- Single diameter for prosthetic components
- Formation of a space for the clot, where it remains mechanically protected, ensuring rapid osseointegration at the coronal level
3. Surface treatment OsseoGRIP®
Non-aggressive implant surface treatment: sandblasting with hydroxyapatite followed by removal through a washing process
- Improves surface osteoconductivity, accelerating bone regrowth and boosting BIC
- The fully sandblasted Bioplatform supports bone formation above the implant platform.
4. Rescue treads design
- Ideal primary stability in the presence of limited residual vertical bone
- Triangular profile spires
- Possibility of performing immediate loading procedures
5. Atraumatic domed apex
- 1.8 mm apex without coils
- Schneider's membrane elevation without injury
Sinus lift with dual technique
Suitable for both bi-cortical placement without graft (8 to 5 mm residual bone) and for sinus lift with bone graft (5 to 3 mm residual bone).
The unique GTB + GFA modular system
The GTB + GFA modular system is today's top choice for aesthetic single-tooth rehabilitation. It is the only intermediate component on the market designed to replicate a tissue-level sealing conical connection. With simple procedures, it guarantees optimal biological safety while preserving the peri-implant mucosal barrier.
Featuring the One Time Abutment concept and a tissue-level prosthetic platform, it ensures effortless management with an exclusive component by Advan.
1. Tissue-level prosthetics
- Simple and easy-to-perform prosthetic procedures
- Designed for the restoration of single crowns and bridges
- Suitable for cemented and screw-retained prosthetic rehabilitations
2. From bone level to tissue level
- One Abutment One Time
- Ensures a mucosal seal
- Maximum preservation of soft tissue
- Sterile double conical connection
3. Sub-crestal positioning
- Preservation of marginal bone tissue
- Stability of peri-implant soft tissues
- Respect for the biological width
The synergy between GTB and GFA has led to the development of the AtiM protocol.
This working protocol allows for simple and secure handling of complex anatomical situations, ensuring predictable long-term surgical and prosthetic results.
