Overview
The HBD 200Pro is a metal AM system designed for high-precision production, focusing on enhanced surface finish and finer printing detail. By upgrading the optical path and adopting a dual-laser configuration, it achieves a refined spot size and ultra-thin layer thickness. This significantly improves part density and surface quality, reducing the need for post-processing. Typical applications include consumer electronics, medical devices, and precision tooling/mold making.

1. Integrated Data Processing System
HBD data processing software enables the seamless creation of customizable print layouts with automated support structure integration, intelligent slicing, path scanning planning, and error rectification.
2. Intelligent Powder Spreading Module
HBD 200Pro employs a high-strength structure to guarantee even and reliable powder distribution. This module optimizes layer consistency, crucial for achieving complex geometries and fine surface finishes.
3. External Purification System Meeting H13 Standards
Equipped with an external purification system that connects in real-time to the host machine, ensuring high filtration efficiency meeting H13 standards, and featuring a filter lifespan of over 600 hours for uninterrupted printing operations.
4. Dual Lasers Configuration
Configured with two fiber lasers, each delivering up to 500W, operating stably within a build volume of 265mm × 170mm × 120mm, maximizing production efficiency for small batches.
