2. Intelligent Powder Spreading Module Intelligent variable speed design and bidirectional re-coater completing the recoating process in 3 seconds, the HBD 600 employs a high-strength structure to guarantee even and reliable powder distribution. This module optimizes layer consistency, crucial for achieving complex geometries and fine surface finishes.
3. Powder Collection With hign volume collection containers, minimizes the frequency of powder changes. This setup enhances productivity by reducing downtime during powder recycling and storage.
4. Long-lasting Filtration System The filtration system utilizes next-generation PTFE-coated filter elements, meeting H13 standards with a capture efficiency of up to 99.9%, capable of trapping particles as small as 0.3μm. The filter includes self-cleaning features, providing a filter element lifetime of over 5 years. Optimized gas-flow configuration enables secure and efficient waste reclamation in inert gas environments, ensuring optimal printing conditions.
5. Precision 8-Laser System Designed with a fully sealed optical path and precise water-cooled temperature control, the 8-laser system of the HBD 600 offers high accuracy and stability. The fixed-focus optical structure enables consistent energy distribution, essential for producing high-resolution parts with complex details.
6. Automated Powder Feeding System The automated powder supply system continuously monitors powder levels in the storage hopper, enabling uninterrupted powder replenishment. This ensures a smooth, efficient printing process, particularly useful for large builds or mass production runs.
Print Case Studies
Thrust Chamber It addresses the challenges of traditional machining in producing large-scale components, enabling the integrated forming of complex structures with high precision. The process results in minimal deformation, superior forming quality, fewer defects, and excellent overall performance.
Aero-engine Impeller There is a reduction in weight and number of parts, while the structure and material are optimized. As a result, problems that cannot be solved by traditional manufacturing techniques are solved, and the load distribution of the parts is also evenly distributed.
