HELIOS ZR is a modern furnace for sintering zirconium oxide.

Thanks to the latest technology, HELIOS ZR provides an ideal stabilization of a sintering temperature and a guarantee of a high quality and transparency of the zirconia structures.

TECHNOLOGY

SPEED MODE

Thanks to the advanced process control systems, HELIOS ZR furnace offers a SPEED mode for express sintering within 2 hours.

DEFORMATION REDUCTION

A precise control system with the second generation silicate heaters reduces the risk of deformation of the works.

COOLING CONTROL

The programmable cooling process reduces the risk of cracks of zirconia structures.

FAILURE INDICATION

Automation signals the failure of the heaters and the process is still carried out even when only 2 heaters are working.

SOLID DESIGN

The cover of the working chamber and the elements exposed to high temperatures are made of stainless steel.

UNIFORM SINTERING

A reduction of a tension and crackings of work is possible thanks to the uniform heat emission in each zone of the chamber by 4 independent silicate heaters from the reputable Kanthal company.

EFFICIENCY

The dimensions of the chamber allow to sinter the full dental arch with a stabilizing base what reduces the risk of deformation. The possibility of placing up to 4 trays with a diameter of 120 mm each, increases the efficiency of the furnace.
