The +2 and +4 Kit is used in the case of shifting the offset of the bushings in a larger position where the transmucosal path is not standard.
This kit must be used in conjunction with the guided surgery kit and contains 16 and 18 mm length drills which allow to prepare 14mm length osteotomies even when the sleeves have been moved by increasing the distance between the implant and the base of the sleeve by 2 and 4 mm.
