Medium sized seldin, used on the right side. Also known as an East-West or Flag elevator, it is sold along with the 4L. This triagular elevator is most useful when a broken root remains in the tooth socket and the adjacent socket is empty. Tip of cryer is scooped rather than flat to aid in the natural movement and extraction of the root. Made in Germany from 100% German stainless steel.
