MyPrintTM C&B Temp is a light-curable, resin-based material intended for the 3D printing of temporary dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and veneers. To be used by healthcare profession and dental laboratory professional.

The device is composed of Methacrylates, Photo initiator, Inhibitor and Pigment

CONTRA INDICATIONS

MyPrintTM C&B Temp resin is intended exclusively for use as a 3D printing material in the fabrication of temporary dental prosthesis. It must not be used for any other purpose. Any deviation from this instruction for use may have adverse effect on the chemical and physical quality of resin. in case of signs of an allergic reaction or sensitivity upon contact with the resin, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice and contact a medical physician.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

  • Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray.
  • Wash skin thoroughly after handling
  • Do not eat, drink or when using this product.
  • Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
  • Avoid direct release to the environment.
  • IF SWALLOWED: Rinse the mouth with water, Call a doctor/physician if you feel unwell.
  • IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap, if skin irritation or rash occur get medical attention.
  • IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and seek medical attention.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Cleaning and Preparation
  • Prior to use, ensure that the additive manufacturing printer and resin tray are thoroughly cleaned and free from dust, debris or residual material.
  • Vigorously shake the resin bottle a minimum of 20 times to achieve proper mixing before dispensing the resin.
  • Dispense the mixed resin into the resin tray chamber of the additive manufacturing printer.
Printer Compatibility

The resin is intended for use exclusively with additive manufacturing printers equipped with alight source operating within a wavelength range of 385 nm and 405 nm.

Removal and Cleaning of Printed Parts
  • Upon completion of the printing process, remove the build platform from the printer.
  • Detach the printed parts from the build platform using a suitable metal scraper, exercising withcaution to avoid damage to the parts.
  • Immerse the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to facilitate removal of residual uncured resin.
  • Dry the parts thoroughly.
Post-Curing Process

Subject the cleaned printed parts to light post-curing to ensure complete polymerization.

Recommended Printer Settings
  • Exposure time: 4–6 seconds
  • Bottom exposure time: 25–35 seconds
  • 5 Bottom layers
  • Wavelength Range: 385nm and 405nm

STORAGE

Store at a temperature 5°C to 30°C.
