Novo Pro 23L - Class B Dental Autoclave

Product Overview

Combining the experience of modern art and minimalist shape design, the Novo Pro 23L is a Class B dental autoclave designed to ensure the highest levels of safety and hygiene in dental practices. The sterilizer assures sterilization of unwrapped solid tools and porous products, small porous items, pots and containers, single-wrapped or multiple-layer wrapped products.

Key Features

Intelligent Monitoring and Diagnosis System

Ensures constant control and monitoring of the whole operating system of the sterilizer. When faults occur, it will find the failure parts sectionally, and shows the fault message and simple solution directly which makes the after-sales message more detailed and the maintenance more convenient. This device behaves like a "real technician" with real-time diagnostic and intervention capability.

Simplified Traceability

The data of every sterilization cycle are traceable, in compliance with the applicable standards in force, thanks to the SD card Log or thermal printer (Built-in/External).

Pre-heating System

Preheating system with stand-by for minimum temperature maintenance and consequent time reduction of all the sterilization cycles.

Wind Cooling Super Window

260x142mm large cooling area, 73 layers heat radiating aluminium sheet, 18 radiating pipe, to ensure the hot steam water changes to the cold water in a few seconds.

Completely Automatic Cycles

All Programs are completely automatic and all phases are managed by advanced card equipped with a powerful microprocessor. Each phase (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, backed up and managed automatically. There is no human intervention in cycle operation.

Water Filling Function

Door Features

Newly designed door is easy to open and close with one hand. Safety locker with double safety locking mechanism. Cycle will not start if the door is open or not properly locked. Safety locking device prevents door from opening until chamber pressure reaches atmospheric pressure.
