Only One File

The Denco Only One File is a single-file endodontic instrument used for root canal shaping and treatment. In the case study presented, it was used efficiently for both initial root canal treatment and retreatment procedures. The product is available in various configurations, including the R25 reciprocal file version. It is designed for use with rotary or reciprocating handpieces and can be used with irrigation solutions such as sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). The Only One File demonstrates effectiveness in canal debridement, shaping, and preparation for obturation with gutta-percha and sealers.
