This Palti instrument comes with a convex tip and straight shaft, which makes it particularly suitable for sinus lifts in the anterior region. Furthermore, a graduation is applied to the instrument to be able to estimate how deep it is in the bone. The graduation is in 2 mm increments and runs from 8 - 18 mm. The attachment has a total length of 60 mm. The diameter is 4.2 mm and tapers down to 3.7 mm towards the tip, which makes it easier to insert into the bone.
