The diameter of this osteotome is 5.0 mm, which increases to 4.2 mm until the convex shape begins. This is the instrument with the largest diameter in this series. This instrument can be used to gently lift the bone flap during an internal sinus lift without perforating the Schneiderian membrane. The scale on the osteotome gives the surgeon an estimate of how deep the instrument has penetrated into the bone. This attachment has a straight shape and is compatible with the Palti handle system.
