In addition, by combining ergonomics, technology and consistent performance, the unit offers a stable, precise and comfortable working environment for the dentist, assistant and patient. The independent backrest and seat movement ensure optimal positioning in every procedure. Furthermore, the balanced pantograph arm with symmetrical tray accommodates up to five instruments, supporting both single-operator workflows and four-hands dentistry.

Compact, intuitive and smooth in everyday use, the OVER integrates Tecnomed Italia's exclusive Servo Assisted S.S.S.P.R.I.D.O. patented technology. Thanks to this system, hose extension becomes fully automated, operator fatigue is reduced and freedom of movement is maximised. Multi-Articulated Headrest for Every Clinical Need

The multi-articulated headrest of the OVER dental unit combines a double joint, sliding support and anatomical padding to deliver precise positioning and superior cervical comfort. The removable and reversible bracket facilitates treatment for patients with disabilities while improving oral-cavity visibility. As an alternative, the flat Elle Mobile headrest offers even easier access. The magnetic cushion, also usable on the backrest for pediatric patients, provides added stability and comfort.

Comfort and Ergonomics at the Heart of the Treatment

The patient chair of the OVER dental unit delivers lightness, stability and comfort thanks to its die-cast aluminium frame and anatomical padding. The 42 cm minimum height facilitates access for children and elderly patients, while the optional non-memory medical gel increases comfort during longer procedures. The independent backrest and seat, also controllable via foot joystick, ensure smooth, fluid movements. Six anti-crush safety sensors and automatic Trendelenburg positioning further enhance patient protection.

Dentist's Tray: Intuitive Control and Guaranteed Hygiene

The doctor's tray features a durable 2 cm polyurethane housing supported by a self-balancing pantograph arm for smooth, stable instrument handling. It accommodates up to five instruments and includes dual soft-touch controls, easily accessible for left-handed operators. The support pad is removable and autoclavable at 135°C, ensuring optimal hygiene. The integrated control panel includes the SOS patient (Trendelenburg) button and the operating light command, which activates automatically when the working position is selected.

Servo-Assisted Technology on the OVER Dental Unit

The S.S.S.P.R.I.D.O. servo-assisted arm, supplied as standard, is a patented technology that enhances ergonomics and reduces operator fatigue. When the instrument is activated, the hose advances automatically, eliminating cord tension and providing full freedom of movement. Assistant's Tray: Smooth Access and Coordinated Workflow

The assistant's tray is mounted on an articulated arm that widens its working radius, allowing easy access even from the 10 o'clock position. The integrated keypad mirrors the doctor's tray for coordinated workflow. It includes four instrument holders, an 18×10 cm aluminium tray and preparation for a curing light. The integrated suction hose improves hygiene and aesthetics, while the removable secretion filter enables quick, effortless cleaning.

Water Unit: Easy Cleaning and Maximum Hygiene

The water unit features a 2 cm polyurethane cover resistant to disinfectants. The 150° rotating drawer system simplifies inspection, while the 105° swivel bowl with a smooth ceramic surface ensures fast and thorough cleaning. Both the bowl and the fountain assembly are removable and autoclavable. Water can be activated manually or automatically, and the Wek Light Metasys system is available for advanced waterline hygiene and long-term safety.

Multifunction Foot Control for Complete Command

The multifunction foot control integrates the Feed-Fec command for progressive instrument activation. Sprays can be maintained via the central button or activated momentarily using the lower lever. Additional controls include micromotor reverse and operating light activation. Two foot joysticks, located at the base of the chair, allow the operator to manage manual positions, memory presets and automatic return to zero. The last-position function speeds up rinsing and restores the previous working posture instantly.
