Specifications used in clinical procedures include: K File no. 10 (Denco) for initial canal negotiation and glide path establishment; Pro-Flexi Files with opening file length of 19 mm, size 0.1/0.9 for coronal third; mesial canal files with taper 0.4, length 25 mm, sizes 10-35; distal canal files with taper 0.6, length 25 mm, size 50. The files are used in combination with irrigation protocols including sodium hypochlorite 5.25%, EDTA solution, and chlorhexidine solution 2%, with activation using Emate Activator EA-9.
