Continental

This version has a streamlined, lightweight dentist's module that can be positioned and height-adjusted for maximum comfort Instruments are placed on levers and the tubing ensures good excursion without placing strain on the wrist. The arm system has been designed to minimise the overall size of the dental unit during use.

International

This version has hanging-tube instruments, arranged ergonomically on the dentist's module. Easy to grip, the instruments can be repositioned in secure holders to prevent accidental drops during treatment.

Hybrid

This version increases the ergonomic versatility of the dental unit. The dentist's module arm rotates around the treatment zone and can also reach a position suitable for left-handed practitioners. On this model, the assistant's module can also be shifted either side of the patient chair.

Cart

Cart is the perfect solution for dentists who want maximum freedom, whether they are left- or right-handed. It can be moved from one operating theatre to another and integrates advanced clinical functions and sophisticated electronics.

Side Delivery

On this version, the dentist's module is mounted on a support column. The hanging-tube instruments are arranged as on the International module. The module is also height-adjustable and the Side Delivery model is convenient for practitioners who work in the 12 o'clock position.

Innovation

Interactive LED Pack

This optional application uses colour LEDs to provide fast, easy-to-understand status info on the various functions, from scaler mode to dental unit hygiene cycle progress. Also useful during root canal treatments with an active apex locator.

LCD console

Console with touchscreen display: allows multi-operator management, advanced control of integrated instruments and displays electronic apex locator status.

Conservative dentistry

FLUO micromotors

Light and even quieter than before, Stern Weber micromotors are available with FIT (Fluorescence-aided Identification Technique) technology to detect composite materials in the teeth more effectively and speed up their removal.

T-LED curing light

The light has an emission spectrum for activation of even latest-generation composites. It features a swivel grip, a user-friendly interface and the bracket programme - one of the 7 available - with 5 brief, rapid-succession emissions.

Patient chair

Versatile layout

The multi-connector lets users maintain the same dental practice layout even when an existing dental unit needs replacing. Installation of the new dental unit requires only minimal structural changes to the practice.

Maximum comfort

Lined with hard-wearing upholstery in a wide choice of colours, the patient chair is deliberately shaped to ease the approach to the work area. The chair provides outstanding support and has a lift capacity of up to 190 kg.

Patient sensor

If the patient sensor is present, automatic stand-by is activated a set time after the patient leaves.

Optional memory foam

The special optional upholstery maximises comfort and ensures proper anatomical support.

Standard backrest

The backrest is shaped so that dental staff can easily move closer to the patient during treatment. Suitable for adults, children and all types of treatment.

Nordic backrest

This version ensures extra comfort during protracted treatment sessions and is shaped to aid dentists who work in 'indirect vision' mode.

Hygiene

Hygiene by design

Dental unit design focuses on allowing performance of the necessary tasks as easily as possible. On the one hand, users can count on unhindered access to devices and easily monitor them; on the other, easy-to-sanitise materials prevent the risk of cross-contamination.

BIOSTER

This intensive disinfection system runs automatic disinfection cycles on spray water circuits and ensures total protection against the transmission of micro-organisms within the dental unit.

I.W.F.C.

Included in the BIOSTER system or available separately, this device ensures water circuits are cleaned after the machine has been idle for some time.

W.H.E

This is a continuous Peroxy Ag+ (H2O2) based disinfection system that works alongside an air gap device that separates the mains water and dental unit circuits. Acts against all water-borne contaminants, including Legionella.

A.C.V.S

This automatic system performs suction system sanitisation cycles between one patient and another.

SANASPRAY

This is the distilled water tank, to be used as an alternative to mains water.

Lighting

Venus Plus SCT Composite

LED light with 4 light sources, located on the outside of the reflector body. There are also 2 central light sources that generate a beam with different wavelengths. These prevent pre-polymerisation of composites while ensuring excellent illumination of the oral cavity.

Venus LED MCT

This version is adjustable up to 50,000 Lux and has three different settings, optimised for different circumstances: 4300K warm light for surgical treatment; 5000K neutral light for conservative dentistry; 5500K cool light for realistic colour capture.

The light can also be activated in 'composite' mode without triggering composite pre-polymerisation, thus allowing a longer modelling time.

Venus LED MCT View

This version incorporates a 4K camera, aiding patient communication and providing a valuable clinical documentation tool. The Smart Focus system, with liquid lenses, ensures accurate, automatic focusing without the need for manual adjustments.

Specialist functions

Endodontics

Endodontics at your fingertips

With the optional i-XS4 motor, used with dedicated contra-angle, the S220TR has everything needed for endodontic treatment thanks to fine adjustment of endocanular burr speed and torque. An integrated apex locator is also available.

Apex locator

With the dedicated contra-angle, the apex locator allows the apex distance to be displayed during the root canal instrumentation phase. Nearing and attainment of the apex is also indicated by warning buzzers. For greater safety, micromotor rotation is disabled automatically.

EVO E4 contra-angle

Featuring a 4:1 ratio specific for endodontics, the EVO E4 contra-angle can be autoclaved and heat-disinfected. The miniaturised head makes access to the treatment zone easier. Recommended where the integrated apex locator is used.

Integrated radiology and multimedia

RX DC HyperSphere intraoral X-ray unit

Integrated on the dental unit, the X-ray unit and handheld unit require no further installation points. Locked and unlocked by touch-sensitive pads, the tube head rotates freely around the spherical joint.

Zen-X intraoral sensor

Extractable sensor with USB lead, located on the dentist's module: captures high-resolution images with minimal radiation dosage.

22" LED Monitor

The Full HD monitor is also available in a multitouch version that allows the screen to be positioned as desired.

C-U2 HD camera

Streams HD images directly to the Full Touch console panel and the integrated monitor. Speeds up diagnostics and generates material for documenting the treatment and completing clinical reports.
