Com o sistema ZZ Screw-Tec, a Zirkonzahn dá agora também aos clientes a possibilidade de aparafusar as construcoes secundárias de maneira simples e eficiente. Para a fixação será utilizado o denominado encaixe de rosca Screw-Tec, em titânio de alto valor e bem tolerável em termos de saúde. Os parafusos de cabeça cilíndrica de fabrico próprio para a fixacao das construcoes secundárias são produzidos com o mesmo material. Conforme os tipos e tamanhos das restauracoes, dispomos de parafusos em dois comprimentos diferentes.

A adaptacao do encaixe de rosca nas pecas em zirconia realiza-se com as ferramantas em carbureto volfrâmico de alta resistência e rigidez, especialmente desenvolvidas para esse fim. As ferramentas encontram-se disponíveis tanto em kit completo como individualmente, de acordo com o respectivo número de referência.
