The dental unit integrates instruments and features for endodontics. The Integrated Apex Locator (LAEC) ensures precise detection of the root apex, with both acoustic and visual signalling, while the reciprocating mode, in combination with the EVO E4 contra-angle handpiece, allows to use dedicated files for greater safety and effectiveness. An extensive database of preset endodontic burs facilitates the adjustment of operating parameters, automating the setting of speeds and torque for each treatment step.

Implant surgery

In implant surgery, Skema 8 integrates a complete solution for maximum control during every procedure. Advanced management of operating parameters allows to customise speed, torque and irrigation with absolute precision. The torque curve feature allows the torque applied during implant insertion to be monitored and recorded in real time. The integrated peristaltic pump ensures continuous and adjustable delivery of the saline solution, guaranteeing perfect cooling of the surgical field for maximum asepsis.
