The remarkable power of the chiller units installed, combined with the double chamber of the cylinder, and the possibility to start the work cycle even before reaching the stabilized temperature, reduce downtimes increasing productivity. The automatic size corrector allows to reach the exact thickness of the chain regardless of the cylinder temperature. The setup procedure, also possible with self-learning, includes automatic defrosting with a hot water sprinkling system already installed in the machine. The compact dimensions of the lathe with the possibility of inserting the chiller with water cooling into the base make this machine easily suitable for all jewelery factories.
