Wipes are made from natural viscose fibres rather than the "traditional" synthetic petrol chemical type materials like polypropylene and polyester.

The process of creating these non woven wipes is known as spun lacing. The viscose fibres are hydroentangled by water jet systems so no need for added chemical binders. This process then recycles water multiple times before being discharged. The end result is a much cleaner process compared to alternative methods for creating "traditional" synthetic wipes.

Viscose is a regenerated cellulose from trees ensuring Bossklein V-WIPE ZERO ECO-XL wipes are not only sustainable but also renewable. Wood and its derived pulp are the main sources used to create the non-woven material used in ECO-XL wipes.

Its important for real environmental transparency to provide details for our viscose supply, with sourcing taking place from the following leading responsible manufacturers: Lenzig and Birla. Firm commitments are made to sourcing from non-controversial sources. Wood is never procured from primeval, endangered forests. This also ensures wood is transported in an environmentally friendly way.
