Absorbable Chromic Gut Suture, 27" C-6 Needle, Size 3-0. Treated in chromic acid salt it retains its actual strength for about 6 – 10 days and will be completely absorbed in 20 – 35 days. Usually used underneath the top layer of the tissue if there is no follow-up surgery necessary to remove it. Made in the United States.
