Fixed Periotome with an angled blade for the posterior. The blade shape is slightly rounded and paper thin to slide easily below the gumline. Used to sever the periodontal ligament prior to an extraction in order to preserve surrounding bone and tissue, the blades are flexible so there is less chance of breakage to occur. Sold individually or in a kit. Made in the United States from 100% stainless steel.
