HELIOS PRESS

HELIOS PRESS dual-function furnace combines the possibility of firing conventional porcelain with the function of pressing "press" porcelain.

HYBRID INJECTION MACHINE

Thanks to the combination of pneumatics and piston control system the injection is less aggressive than in mechanical injection machines.

WORK PISTON SENSOR

The control system detects malfunctions. If the ring breaks, it stops the operation of the injection machine.

PAA SYSTEM

It reduces the risk of ring breakage and eliminates the effect of the piston hitting the material like in other press injection machines.

TECHNOLOGY

AIS SYSTEM

It reduces the effect of thermal inertia caused by the uncontrolled temperature increase in the furnace chamber, despite the heating element being switched off by the controller.

ACS SYSTEM

The auto-calibration system monitors the status of the temperature sensor. It reduces the risk of furnace decalibration, which ensures repeatability of firing processes.

PRECISE CONTROL

The latest generation of the temperature control system guarantees firing accuracy within +/- 1 °C.

CHAMBER QMK

The quartz heating coil ensures optimal firing quality of ceramics, regardless of its position in the chamber.

BES SYSTEM

The system maintains the firing process in case of power interruptions. Protects your work.

PLATINUM THERMOCOUPLE

The laser-welded thermocouple guarantees the highest measurement quality in the low and high temperature range.

NO MORE CRACKING CERAMICS

Porcelain cracking is caused by a mismatch in the thermal expansion of metal and ceramics, resulting from improper cooling and drying.

The fast and slow cooling functions of the HELIOS furnace ensure the integration of the "WAK" expansion of ceramics and metal. Ceramic cracking is reduced to a minimum.

OPERATION

OPTICAL WORKING STATUS INDICATOR (OSD)

The optical LED indicator shows the current course of the firing process, it is visible from a few meters. Working of the furnace can be controlled from a distance.

200 PROGRAMS

Intuitive software facilitates to program for each ceramic. The menu in English, giving your own names and a clear display ensure understandable communication with the furnace.
