How do we manufacture the Full Denture for you?

1. First Milling Step

In the first processing step, we mill the basal dental arch.

2. Application of the Denture Material

The universal denture material is now mixed and then poured into the milled dental arch. By the way: We use the market-leading universal denture material: PalaXPress® from Kulzer.

3. Polymerisation of the Denture Material

Once the hollow space of the PMMA disc, including the dental arch, is filled with denture material, the work is set aside for polymerisation for 2-3 hours.

4. Next Milling Step

In the second milling process, the denture is fully milled. The denture is now completed in its raw form.

5. Separation of the Denture from the Disc

We separate the denture from the PMMA disc, and it's ready for shipping.
