i-Z For the ZYGOMATIC bone

A long implant, intended for anchoring in the zygomatic bone, for full-mouth rehabilitation in cases of insufficient bone volume in the posterior upper jaw.

Product Specifications
  • Available in lengths of 30-60 mm, in 2.5 mm intervals
  • Diameter: 4.2 mm
  • Optimized for the Extra-Maxillary Approach: Designed to bypass the sinus and preserve the sinus membrane, reducing the risk of postoperative sinus complications—unlike older intrasinus techniques.
  • High Primary Stability and Immediate Loading: Aggressive apical threads and strong insertion torque enable immediate placement and loading of screw-retained prostheses, shortening treatment time.
  • The smooth, polished upper body reduces bacterial accumulation and inflammation risks around the neck
Thread Design
  • Features deep apical threads for strong retention and high primary stability, enabling immediate loading
  • The working/threaded portion is approximately 13 mm, with another 2 mm of surface-treated part coronal to it, and the remainder of the shaft is smooth, polished
  • Self-drilling capability and a spiral body design aid in precise placement
Surface Treatment
  • All AB Dental implants undergo special calcium-phosphate sandblasting and thermal and acid etching treatments for surface roughening
