The Mathieu has palm-held handles that spring open when the ratchet is activated. Carbide beaks eliminate the rotation of the needle while suturing. The 14C is 5 1/2" in length, while the 17C is 6 3/4" in length. Made in Germany from 100% German stainless steel.
