Clear Aligner Material

We provide two choices of clear aligner material: sheets (20pcs/bag) and rolls (20kgs/pc). MAXFLEX is a series of high-performance elastic materials specially designed for orthodontics. Our clear aligner material products are optimized for easy fabrication, adjustable aligning strength, high stress retention, ductility, tear resistance, stain resistance, and transparency. Compared with general materials such as PETG, our clear aligner material products can provide better and longer orthodontic force and also be comfortable to wear through our special material.

Product Series

MAXFLEX materials are designed for braces in sheet and roll forms and are available in four series:

• CF series (Comfortable Series): Developed for patients' different needs for comfort. More soft and flexible compared to ST series. Patients feel more comfortable and convenient to wear and take off. Can provide better initial force during the first 5 days of wear.

• ST series (Standard Long-lasting Retention Series): Provides maintenance performance to deliver comparable correction strength and speed up the correction process.

• ML series (Multilayer Series)

• FN series (Special Functional Series)

Manufacturing

The MAXFLEX team develops customized manufacturing facilities in 10K and 100K rated clean workshops and operates ISO13485:2016 and GMP quality management systems to strictly control production details and maintain complete manufacturing documentation.
