Product Description
mediCipio ® C is a modern wound healing product consisting of pure bio-porcine collagen. The special pore structure promotes exudate absorption, maintains the moist wound environment and positively influences all phases of wound healing. mediCipio ® C resorbs completely so that the dressing can be changed easily, atraumatically and painlessly.
Applications
mediCipio ® C can be used for the treatment of superficial, poorly healing wounds and acute traumatic defects, such as:
- Chronic wounds (e.g. decubitus, chronic venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, diabetic food syndrome)
- Surgical tissue defects (to cover mesh graft transplantations)
- Wound cavities/Fistulas
- Burns
