Impianto Paradigma: la connessione più versatile

5 IMPLANT DESIGNS WITH A SINGLE PROSTHETIC CONNECTION

Implant body designed for maximum surgical control

Two years of development went into creating a specific surface design for each implant diameter, in order to achieve dynamic screw-in stability in different bone types. The results of these studies led to the selection of five different designs (one for each diameter) that provide the surgeon with excellent control of the implant during screw-in, but above all, total control in the event that the implant needs to be removed and repositioned.

Type of bone
  • All types of bone
  • Use the shoulder preparer in cases of particularly compact bone; alternatively, overprepare based on clinical conditions
Design features
  • Smooth surface
  • Flat apex in the Inthex version
  • Reverse taper
  • Platform-switching
  • Micro grooves
  • Spirals with decreasing height in the coronal-apical direction to further improve primary stability
  • Unique prosthetic platform, compatible with Zimmer Screw vent in the Paradigma version
Clinical benefits
  • The surface with the lowest risk of developing peri-implantitis
  • Prevents damage to noble anatomical structures and optimizes the distribution of stresses and masticatory loads
  • Increased bone volume at the crestal level and greater soft tissue support
  • Microgrooves reduce mechanical stress at the bone-implant interface and promote new bone formation
  • Primary stability
  • Occlusal stress distribution
  • Preserves the crestal bone
Surface treatment
  • Micro-structured surface with high level of decontamination (fine grain sandblasting)
  • Double Acid Etching
  • Argon plasma: treatment to reduce healing times
Included in package
  • Dental Implant
  • Surgical screw
