Easy operation – directly on the machine

The integrated high-resolution 10.1" touchscreen allows you to operate the milling machine easily and intuitively thanks to its unique user interface. Material, job and tool management are controlled directly via the internal CNC computer.

Autonomous production - fast and precise

The PrograMill PM5 enables you to benefit from continuous, quick and precise production processes. The machine is equipped with a central management system including a material changer for up to 8 discs / 48 blocks and a magazine of up to 13 tools. So, the corrrect individual machining strategy will always be used. The milling machine also switches automatically between wet and dry operation (hybrid operation).

Data is processed in a seamless procedure as the software automatically recognizes various milling areas such as internal and external contours and preparation margins on your design. A wide range of applications using high-end materials

The PrograMill PM5 is suitable for a wide range of materials and applications. The field of applications spans veneers, crowns, digital dentures, abutments and splints and the materals include glass-ceramics, e.g. IPS e.max CAD; zirconium oxide, e.g. IPS e.max ZirCAD; PMMA, e.g. Ivotion, and alloys, e.g. Colado CAD CoCr4. RFID technology enables the PrograMill unit to automatically identify the Ivoclar material being used and apply the correct milling strategy and tools.
