A unique advantage of TORNADO ECO extractor is a mobile control panel that allows it to be placed anywhere and ergonomically controled of a working device.

MOBILE CONTROLLER You can disconnect the controller from the device and place it anywhere on the countertop or on the side of the cabinet.

COMPACT CONTROLS A simple speed control system allows the use of a compact casing.

TORNADO ECO is a design that impacts on reducing vibrations and noise of the exhaust air. The use of an innovative concept makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the device.

MICROMOTOR CONTROL Automatic control by two micromotors facilitates daily working.

EASY-TO-READ DISPLAY LED display informs about working of the extractor, digitally shows the level of used power.

TORNADO PRO

TORNADO PRO extractors are equipped with three filters with a larger separation area than before. An additional exhaust air silencer makes a work even more quiet, and an advanced automation system increases the comfort and functionality of the device.

FILTER CONTROL Filter full monitoring informs you when they need to be replaced.

MICROMOTOR CONTROL Automatic control by two micromotors facilitates daily working.

EASY-TO-READ DISPLAY The alphanumeric display clearly indicates the level of power used thanks to a graphic line.

AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION The control system allows to connect 2 micromotors and precisely adjust the sensitivity.

COMBINING PERFORMANCE WITH SILENCE

Reduction of air noise has been achieved thanks to the use of appropriately profiled partitions and a new soundproofing isolation of the engine compartment. The sound isolation and computer-designed supressing design of the device guarantee an extremely low noise emission below 56 dB.

DURABLE TURBINE Thanks to new commutator production technologies, the service life of the turbine can reach up to 1000 hours of working.

FOR 2 WORKSTATIONS The high power of the turbine combined with a vacuum of 20mB allows to operate 2 or even 3 stations.

OPERATION

3 FILTERS FOR 3 X MORE EFFICIENCY

Unlike bagless units, the triple dust filtration system effectively traps all contaminants inside the dust extractor. High dust separation capacity – 99.9% ensures a full health protection against the dust generated during processing.

A capacious waste bag made of multi-layer non-woven fabric retains most of the dirt.

A micro-particle inlet filter protects the suction unit and the user from the dust in case of a filter bag break.

The microparticle exhaust filter is the ultimate barrier to the finest dusts.

KS2 STEEL BENCH PEG

The resistant KS2 steel bench peg has a wide angle and a dust collection range.

The transparent plastic material protects the face and mouth from the dust, and the wooden support facilitates working.

All elements of the KS2 can be disassembled to adapt it to the current needs.
