TWIST mixers enable a perfect, homogeneous mass, free of bubbles, clumps and lumps thanks to the implementation of 4 mixing stages:

1. A pre-vacuum sucks out reaction gases from refractory masses before the mixing process.
2. Low-speed, variable pre-mixing facilitates moistening of the dry powder and prevents clumping.
3. The main mixing uses the full power of the mixer. The user can adjust the rotation speed, vacuum level and process time.
4. The ultimate vacuum reduces micro-bubbles from the surface of the mixed mass when the mixer paddles are stopped.

OPERATION & CONSTRUCTION

METAL CLUTCH: The clutch is the element that carries the highest loads. The clutch of TWIST mixers is strong and durable, because it is made of metal alloy, not plastic as in other devices.

STAINLESS STEEL MIXER PADDLES: The mixing paddles are made of stainless steel, not plastic as in other devices. Their shape has been designed using computer techniques to optimize the mixing process.

SIMPLE OPERATION: The containers are held by the force of vacuum. The mounting is stable throughout the process.

OPTIONAL INSTALLATION: TWIST is suitable for installation either on a wall or on a stable stand.
