Fog & water free visual

A controllable air flow cleaning the mirror surface. You will experience a continuous clear visual and uninterrupted work flow during any preparation. Always.

The air is led through the hollow handle and compressed into a horizontal tiny slid just above the mirror, where is flows very effectively over the mirror surface. A turn knob allows you to control the air flow by adjusting from soft to firmly blowing, depending on your needs.

Handles and mirror heads are fully autoclavable and can be re-used for a long time.

The handle has a magnetic rear end, that is connected to a detachable magnet coupling connected to the air by an extremely thin and light silicone air hose. You barely notice its weight during your work and the flexibility does not disturb you in manipulation of the mirror.

After the treatment, the used handle and mirror are detached; the docking is wiped clean and a disinfected new mirror-with-handle is placed on the docking. You can treat the new patient.

Instruct your assistant to place the Yirro on the delivery or on your tray; prior to each treatment. You will benefit from a perfect visual and improved ergonomics; and a shorter patient-chair time as a bonus …

ULTRA-HIGH REFLECTION

Yirro-plus mirrors have a dielectric multi-layered reflection coating which reflects upto 99,9% of the light. On top of the last coating, a special protective, scratch-resistant coating is added for protection during the cleaning and use.

MIRROR SIZES

Yirro-plus startsets come with 4 mirrors and handles. In the startset you find two mirrors in the size no.0 and two mirrors in the size no.2. No. 0 is the compact mirror that is especially useful when working at the last molars, or during root canal treatments in endodontics. The no. 2 is the regular size, which can be used for any treatment. For extra visual, no. 2XL is separately available: this mirror is especially suitable for use in periodontics or for intramural images. Yirro mirrors are multilayered di-electric coated with a protective top-layer coating.

EASY INSTALLATION TO ANY DENTAL UNIT

Yirro-plus is easy to install on any type of dental unit. 'Installation' includes two aspects: MOUNTING and CONNECTION. MOUNTING ON THE UNIT is similar for all Yirro-plus systems. The CONNECTION shows a difference: if you decide for the manual COMFORT system, then you can easily connect it to the air line yourself or plug in from the outside with the included quick connector. If you prefer the automatically switched PREMIUM system, your technician will know how to connect.

Choose from the manually switched air-only COMFORT system and the full automatic switching PREMIUM system. Both systems come with 4 handles, 2 small and 2 bigger mirrors, cleaning/sterilization accessories and connection supply.

In most situations it is possible to use the included docking to mount the Yirro-system on the vertical flat side of your delivery unit. Dedicated mounting adapters have been developed to integrate the system in the spare slot or sideways of your delivery unit; even on your swivel arm or table top.

Mirrors & handles are easy to clean and sterilise by use of the included cleaning box and autoclave caps.

DURABLE & MAINTENANCE FREE

Yirro-plus® requires no maintenance outside the regular cleaning / sterilization of handles and mirrors. There are no moving parts, no batteries, no maintenance requirements. You simply detach the handle from the coupling and whipe clean the docking station, along with the other instruments. Mirrors and handles can be separated and are made of durable materials – resistant to the the regular cleaning detergents.

The included cleaning and sterilization accessoires ensure a long and durable use.
