Enhancement of the Zirkonzahn.Archiv software

The new add-on module enhances the base version of the Zirkonzahn.Archiv software with numerous smart features. Thanks to the dongle-free solution, the software can be used remotely via the Zirkonzahn Account. Within the digital lab environment, multiple profiles can be set up, allowing individual settings for each user.

Whether it's data transfer, project management, or 3D viewing – the new features streamline daily workflows in both laboratories and clinics. Integrated features:

Zirkonzahn.Cloud

• Users and laboratories can be created and managed directly in the Zirkonzahn.Cloud when combined with the Zirkonzahn Account
• Cloud-based data and project exchange with 100 GB of storage included (expandable)
• End-to-end data encryption
• Remote monitoring of Zirkonzahn milling units and furnaces

Databases, Contacts & Projects

• Improved database management
• Central management of clinics with dentists, dental technicians, and patients

Data transfer via Zirkonzahn.App

Possibility to scan the project QR code using the Zirkonzahn.App, allowing photos, videos, voice messages, files etc. to be directly uploaded to the project

Parameters & Options

• Individual parameters for specific restoration types (e.g., crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, bite splints, etc.) can be saved separately and assigned to individual dentists
• Design parameters can be exported and reused if required

DICOM Viewer and 3D Image Viewer

Integrated viewers enable the display of 3D data (STL, PLY, OBJ, OFS), DICOM data, as well as photos, videos, PDF, and Word files

Sorting, Filtering & Searching

• Filtering by project status, e.g., "Ready for milling," as well as by treatment status
• Display of the last 10 opened projects

"Open with ..." function

• Projects and files can be opened with Zirkonzahn.Software or transferred to external programs
• The software list for the "Open with..." dialogue box can be individually adapted
• When using Zirkonzahn.Implant-Planner software, DICOM data and implant positions are automatically read and opened, and scenes can be directly saved in Zirkonzahn.Archiv
