Aspirating Syringe

Used to inject a local anesthetic. Has a threaded tip, barrel, rod/plunger with a harpoon attached that embeds itself into the rubber stopper of the carpule. Comfort grip finger rest and thumb ring. The harpoon allows the dentist to aspirate (draw back) the injection site to ensure the needle tip is in the correct location before injecting the anesthetic solution. Made in the USA, the syringe is lightweight to prevent fatigue and has no removable parts.
Dental needle attachments containing a plastic hub are recommended for use.
Available in 3 ergonomic thumb ring sizes, from the drop box below, that enhance comfort:
