6 Easy Steps for Improving Oral Hygiene

Twice daily toothbrushing is essential to keep your teeth and mouth healthy. A good brushing technique removes plaque and food debris from your teeth and gumline, and will ensure that you get the maximum benefit when you use BioMin® C toothpaste.

Step 1: Using a medium/soft toothbrush apply a 1cm long bead of toothpaste to your toothbrush.

Step 2: Place your toothbrush on the outer surfaces of your teeth, tilting the brush at a 45˚ angle against the gum line.

Step 3: Using short and gentle brush strokes, in a circular action, brush gently along the gum line working your way around your mouth.

Step 4: Pay extra attention to any hard-to-reach areas, especially the back teeth. You should brush for 2 minutes twice daily.

Step 5: After 2 minutes swirl the foamy toothpaste around your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out the excess in the sink - Do not rinse!

Step 6: Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after brushing or it will undo much of your good work.
