Bone Expander Kit

An alternative to osteotomes, the bone expander kit is used for expansion and condensing of atrophic mandible and maxilla prior to placing an implant by driving expanders into the bone using a ratchet wrench or low speed hand piece. Each expander has score lines at 4, 6, 8, and 10mm. Fully autoclavable, using this kit will improve stability, while maintaining bone density and increasing fixation.
The kit includes the following:
- 5 color coded bone expanders (2.6, 3.0, 3.4, 3.8, and 4.3mm)
- 1 ratchet wrench
- 1 connector
- 1 pilot piece connector
- 1 thumb ring knob for finger usage
