Bone System connessione press fitting o friction locking

SAME CONNECTION, TWO PROSTHETIC OPTIONS
Four implant designs, same prosthetic components, two types of connection: Press Fitting / Friction Locking
Bone System implants exponentially reduce the incidence of peri-implantitis. They can be positioned at bone level or tissue level using a transmucosal collar. The Press Fitting connection is a double seal, both mechanical and chemical, which provides a stable assembly without micro-movements and impervious to bacteria: the collar and the completely solid titanium abutment associated with a sealing element are mechanically connected to the implant screw.
The Press Fitting system consists of three elements:
- The implant screw
- The transmucosal titanium collar
- The millable, cementable titanium abutment held together by a double seal: Chemical (Cement Sealed) and Mechanical (Press Fitting System)
Its typical feature is the transmucosal collar, a genuine shield protecting soft tissues, a lock that prevents bacterial infiltration, contributing to the prevention of peri-implantitis. The transmucosal collar, available in different sizes and heights, adapts to any anatomy, and the Press Fitting friction connection is free from micro-movements and unscrewing. It prevents bacterial infiltration and acts as a shield to protect soft tissues and the patient's health.
The Friction Locking system consists of two elements:
- The implant screw
- The aesthetic abutment in millable titanium with through screw
Bone System is always focused on innovation and solving recurring problems in the field of implants, which is why it collaborates with prestigious universities in the medical and engineering fields. This synergy has led to the creation of the Friction Locking connection, a patented system capable of achieving a high degree of stability, with the ability to limit unscrewing, which was previously unthinkable in other implant connections. Tests have shown that the Friction Locking connection allows for an abutment that supports loads three times greater than its most qualified competitors. This is because the technique used to join the components and the maximum respect for machining tolerances ensures that loads are transferred over a large surface area. The Friction Locking connection is a guarantee for users and patients alike.
Types of dental implants
Four implant shapes, same connection, multiple prosthetic platforms, same prosthetic components, Press Fitting with collar and cemented prosthesis / Friction Locking with aesthetic abutments with through screw: 2P (cylindrical with 2 principles), RF (root form), SH (short), XSpace (post-extraction).
Types of bone
- All bone types, except for the XSpace variant, which is not indicated for compact bone.
- Use the shoulder preparer in cases of particularly compact bone, or alternatively overprepare depending on the clinical conditions.
Clinical benefits
- The surface with the lowest risk of developing peri-implantitis.
- Prevents damage to noble anatomical structures and optimizes the distribution of stress and masticatory loads.
- Greater amount of bone at the crestal level and greater support for soft tissues.
- High primary stability.
- Distributes occlusal stress.
- Preserves the crestal bone.
Surface treatment
- Micro-structured surface with high level of decontamination (fine grain sandblasting)
- Double Acid Etching
- Argon plasma: treatment to reduce healing times.
The package includes
- Dental Implant
- Surgical screw
