For atraumatic extractions, OTA Periotomes feature strong, one-piece construction and the apical end is flat so it can be used for tapping. You can use a mallet with minimal vibration. Color coded gold, this periotome is for use on the buccal and lingual/palatal sides of the tooth. In addition to being sold individually, this particular periotome is also available in a set of four. Made in the United States the tips are 100% stainless steel.
