• The sinus integration kit consists of tools which enable the sinus crestal approach techinique & sinus lateral approach technique.

Direction for use

Case1

• Connect the stopper to the core drill (Ø7.0), and then carry out perforation, exchanging the stopper.
• Use the diamond core drill (Ø7.0) for safer drilling. When a user needs to check whether the drilling has been carried out, in addition, the diamond bur can be used.
• Use the sinus curette to push the drilled bone in the round shape into the sinus, while elevating the sinus membrane when the sinus membrane is exposed. Or, carry out bone grafting for the core bone which has been collected together with the drilling, after then use it for closing the opened sinus window after the implant placement.

Case2

• Connect the stopper to the reamer (Ø6.5 or Ø8.0), and then carry out perforation, exchanging the stopper.
• Use the reamer (Ø6.5 / Ø8.0) for more flattened reaming or hole expansion to the reamed bone in the semi-circular shape.
• Use the diamond reamer (Ø6.5 / Ø8.0) for safer reaming. When an user needs to check whether the drilling has been carried out, in addition, the diamond bur can be used.
• Use the side drill for trimming around the reamed bone or expanding the sinus window.
• Use the reamer for reaming the sinus wall until the sinus membrane is exposed. Use the sinus curette to elevate sinus wall thereafter. Then, carry out bone grafting, using the bone syringe.
• When every procedure is finished, carry out implant placement.

Components

The kit includes the following components:

• Crestal Initial Drill: Connecting with stopper, use for drilling until the cortical bone nearby sinus area. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Crestal Approach Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 800 ~ 1,000 R.P.M.

• Crestal Reamer: Connecting with stopper, use for drilling where the initial drill is perforated until the cortical bone. Even the reamer is reached to the sinus wall, the sinus wall isn't perforated. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Crestal Approach Kit & Simple Sinus Crestal Reamer Kit. Both kits have Ø 4.2 diameter of reamer (SRM-42) as well. Recommended R.P.M.: 800 ~ 1,000 R.P.M.

• Crestal Diamond Bur: Even the bur is reached to the sinus wall, the sinus wall isn't perforated. May be used for the final drill on the surgery on confirming sinus membrane drilling. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Crestal Approach Kit & Simple Sinus Crestal Reamer Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 1,000 ~ 1,200 R.P.M.

• Crestal Stopper: Possible of safe drilling after connecting with drills or reamers. Same tool in the Sinus Crestal Approach Kit. But, in that kit, all ten kinds of stopper are composed. Same tool in the Simple Sinus Crestal Reamer Kit. But, in that kit, five kinds of stopper (from 1.0mm to 5.0mm) are composed only.

• Depth Gauge: After drilling, use for the depth measurement or check whether the sinus wall is perforated. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Crestal Approach Kit.

• Aqua Tip: Use for elevating sinus wall by water pressure. After drilling by sinus crestal reamers, using water pressure elevate sinus wall safely. Aqua tip (Ø 2.8 Diameter) is used when the sinus crestal reamers (Ø 2.8 ~ Ø 3.8) are perforated. Aqua tip (Ø 3.3 Diameter) is used when the sinus crestal reamers (Ø 3.3 ~ Ø 4.2) are perforated. • Silicone Tube: Connecting with Aqua Tip, insert water into silicone tube to make a pressure by water. Same tool in the Sinus Crestal Approach Kit.

• Lateral Core Drill: Connecting with stopper, use for perforating the lateral window. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit & Simple Sinus Lateral Reamer Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 1,000 ~ 1,200 R.P.M.

• Lateral Diamond Core Reamer: Help to perforate safely after perforating the lateral window by core drill. Possible to use to check whether the lateral sinus wall is perforated. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit & Simple Sinus Lateral Reamer Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 1,200 ~ 1,500 R.P.M.

• Lateral Reamer: Connecting with stopper, use for perforating the lateral window. The lateral reamer of Ø 6.5 / Ø 8.0 is used for flat perforation or window opening extension. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit. But, in that Kits, Ø 6.5 diameter of reamer (SRM-65) is composed as well. Same tool in the Simple Sinus Lateral Reamer Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 1,200 ~ 1,500 R.P.M.

• Lateral Diamond Reamer: Help to perforate safely after perforating the lateral window by sinus lateral reamer. Possible to use to check whether the lateral sinus wall is perforated. Available to connect with stopper. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit & Simple Sinus Lateral Reamer Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 1,200 ~ 1,500 R.P.M.

• Lateral Stopper: Possible of safe drilling after connecting with drills or reamers. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit & Simple Sinus Lateral Reamer Kit.

• Side Drill: Use for extension of sinus window, after perforation. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit. Recommended R.P.M.: 1,000 ~ 1,200 R.P.M.

• Sinus Curette: After the sinus window is opened, use for elevating sinus wall manually. Same tool in the Sinus Lateral Approach Kit.
