EOS Compact

Castellini · source

Versatile and adaptable, EOS Compact allows 2D, CEPH and 3D image acquisition, supporting a wide range of clinical needs. The ergonomic design and modular structure allow for customisable configurations. The CEPH arm, which is reversible and can be installed on both sides, provides maximum installation flexibility in operating spaces. EOS Compact combines innovation, precision and reliability to deliver diagnostic imaging of the highest standard, improving both operational efficiency and the patient experience.

Patient positioning

The mobile and user-friendly 7" touch interface simplifies patient positioning and protocol selection, ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy. The integrated audiovisual system enhances patient comfort and operator control, while dose reduction protocols ensure optimal safety.

Smart workflow

EOS Compact optimises operational efficiency through a user-friendly and fast-paced workflow, reducing acquisition time and improving diagnostic quality. The exceptionally mobile 7" touch control panel simplifies protocol management and improves operating comfort.

Ceph arm

The reversible CEPH arm provides maximum flexibility in the dental practice, while the Scout View function allows the scan area to be checked before acquisition, avoiding repetitions and optimising patient alignment. The audio-visual system ensures constant monitoring, reducing errors and improving stability during the examination.

Minimum dose

Thanks to advanced dose optimisation protocols, EOS Compact minimises exposure without impairing image quality. The advanced software processes image acquisition in real time, allowing immediate analysis and effective sharing of clinical data, ensuring maximum safety and diagnostic accuracy.

2D scans and clinical images

Thanks to image optimisation filters, such as MultiLayer PAN for optimised focus and Super PAN for increased contrast, the system ensures more accurate and detailed diagnoses. The integration of dose reduction features, including automatic emission adjustment, ensures quality acquisition with minimal exposure, making the system safe even for paediatric patients and repeat treatments.

3D scans and clinical images

The system supports various fields of view (FOV), allowing targeted acquisitions or extended volumes, optimising examination quality and reducing the irradiated area. Advanced filters, such as Metal Artefact Reduction (MAR), eliminate interference from metal materials, while contrast enhancement algorithms highlight anatomical details.

The Scout View and Audiovisual System features ensure optimal positioning, reducing repetition and improving patient comfort. Dose reduction is optimised through rapid scan modes and automatic exposure adjustment, ensuring protection without impairing diagnostic quality.
