GenTek ASC Ti-Bases and Encode® Emergence Healing Abutments

Angulated Screw Channel Ti-Bases with variable collar heights for final custom restoration are designed to mimic the profile radius of Encode Emergence healing abutments. Encode Technology eliminates the need to swap the healing abutment for an impression coping or scanbody, while delivering soft-tissue healing with a natural emergence profile. The compatible Angulated Screw Channel Ti-Bases can be designed to match the patient's anatomy using the CAD libraries, thereby producing a natural emergence profile through the soft-tissue. Benefits of GenTek Angulated Screw Channel Ti-Bases with Screw Assisted Separation design: Ease of delivery: place the screw inside the restoration before placing the restoration in patient's mouth for ease of delivery. No abutment removal tool needed to disengage the Ti-Base during removal process. New design maintains our Friction Fit Technology in ASC Ti-Bases.
