Halo matrix bands are made of ultra-thin 0,038 mm stainless steel that is anatomically contoured to the natural shape of the tooth. Halo matrix bands are anatomically shaped for ideal contacts and reduced time spent shaping and finishing a composite restoration. Available in Original and Firm, Original bands allow for greater adaptability, while Firm bands are ideal for tight interproximal spaces. Firm matrix bands are available with or without a special coating that is color coded according to size to assist you in selecting the correct band. Halo kits contain the complete Halo sectional matrix system, including the carousel dispenser.

Naturally Contoured, Stainless Steel Matrix Bands

The ultra-thin 0.038 mm stainless steel bands of the Halo sectional matrix system are anatomically contoured to the natural shape of the tooth. In particular, the curve at the marginal ridge create ideal occlusal embrasure. Use Halo matrix bands to achieve natural contours helping to eliminate flash and reduce the time needed to shape and finish the composite restoration.

Available in two varieties—Original and Firm—Halo matrix bands give you the flexibility that you need for the many restorations you perform. Original bands allow for more adaptability and better burnishing, while firm bands resist deformation and are ideal for tight interproximal spaces.

Halo matrix bands are easy to place and remove. Strategically placed tabs and tweezer holes allow for easy placement, manipulation, and removal using the Halo tweezers. Tabs are also bendable to allow for increased visiblity. Firm Halo matrix bands are color coded according to size to allow you to select the matrix band you need from the Halo carousel dispenser quickly and easily.
