The strongest of the hand files bypassing obstructions with far greater ease, K-files for endodontics are produced to give the operator a smooth tactile sense inside the canal during instrumentation. K-files are available in 45 different sizes. Multi-packs are available.

K-Flex Files feature a unique rhomboid design, which provides a short axis for flexibility while maintaining cross-sectional strength. K-Flex is more flexible than conventional "K" files of comparable size, particularly in sizes #30 and above, which facilitates the negotiation of curved canals and their preparation with minimal potential for ledging and perforating.
