LOCTITE® 3D IND405 Clear certified for Carbon® printers is a clear, tough, semi rigid, 3D printable material from LOCTITE®. The material is produced as a one-part resin. It offers an attractive, frosted clear finish that can be post-processed for enhanced clarity. Its mechanical behavior is comparable to unfilled propylene.

This resin produces parts with an attractive frosted clear finish out of the printer. Parts can be manually post-processed for enhanced clarity.

Tough

These parts offer the highest toughness of any clear, 3D printable resin. With high impact resistance, it is well-suited for functional prototypes and select end-use parts.

Example Applications

These applications combine a need for functional toughness, stiffness, and temperature resistance, in addition to isotropy, great surface finish, and accuracy.

  • Fluid Ducts: Fluid ducts often require transparency, strength, toughness, accuracy, and a great finish in complex shapes that are difficult to mold.
  • High Impact, High Pressure Tooling: Sheet metal forming requires high strength, toughness, and impact resistance at low temperatures in complex shapes.
