Maxifix Compressive

The Maxifix Compressive, NSI's top-of-the-line one-stage implant, has a very fine and sharp thread and a progressive motion with a stable and firm pitch compared to the dilation of the central core of the implant, which ensures that the operation is as non-invasive as possible.

The compression applied, which is light and progressive, avoids causing trauma thanks to self-tapping, which allows the bone to breathe. Blood is able to flow out of the bony trabeculae, while the body of the implant is naturally enveloped.

The special logarithm that NSI applies to the thread gives it the most suitable shape so that the compression applied is never excessive and never in the same area during the entire rotation, allowing the blood that flows when the bone is cut to flow to the top (the flat part).

The different available sizes of Maxifix Compressive do not all have the same pitch, the same aggressiveness or even the same compression: each one performs according to bone quality, which depends on each clinical case.

Ease of use is enhanced by the use of a single bur for insertion and, once engaged in the ideal position, the implant will have achieved the primary stability required to support immediate loading.

As a result, with the transfer cap, which is included in the sterile prosthetic kit supplied by NSI, the impression can be taken directly and the technician will proceed with the analogue transfer available; or with the anatomical cap (with a very thin and sharp edge), the provisional implant can be adapted or even used as a guide for tissue healing.

In addition, after a simple cone beam CT scan, NSI provides its guided surgery software, which offers full support to doctors who can easily access the company's portal and upload the CT scan and all the information relating to the clinical case in question.
