VOCO
Tricalcium silicate-based MTA cement for vital pulp therapy (VPT). Biocompatible, monomer-free material that forms a reliably stable layer, releases calcium and hydroxide ions to stimulate reparative dentine formation, and creates a long-term, bacteria-proof seal. High pH value (12) provides a bacteriostatic effect. Free of bismuth oxide and iron-containing compounds to prevent product-related discolouration. Radiopaque at 290% Al. Can be applied by hand mixing or directly from capsule. Compatible with conventional glass ionomer cement mixing devices.
