Root Prep is a formulation of EDTA in a paste form used while doing Bio mechanical preparation of root canal. EDTA is Bio-friendly material and helps bio-mechanical process by chelating dentin. Root Prep formulation is an extremely stable and consistent paste which aids in easy application. It also acts as a lubricant allowing the files to glide along the canal surface for easy preparation of the root canal.
